These terms and conditions apply to bookings, purchases and participation in events and other offerings from Nature of Wonder.
What applies
The information on the relevant page or booking form is part of the offer. If something is unclear, the page or direct contact with us before booking takes precedence over assumptions.
Bookings and payment
When you book an event or purchase a product, you agree to provide accurate information and to complete the payment process as described on the site. For events, your place is only confirmed once the relevant payment or confirmation step has been completed.
Participation
Events and retreats take place in nature and sometimes in simple or changing conditions. You remain responsible for your own belongings, health, insurance and deciding whether an event is suitable for you. If we need relevant medical, practical or emergency information, we will request it explicitly.
Changes and cancellation
If an event must be changed or cancelled for practical or safety reasons, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and describe the next step. Specific cancellation or refund arrangements can differ per offering and, where relevant, are stated on the booking page.
